Clear commercials, no surprises.

Pricing basis, taxes, payment terms and variable elements are documented up front, so the agreement rather than assumption drives delivery. No pricing, headcount or fleet size is assumed until we have assessed your site.

What goes into every agreement.

Pricing basis

  • Per person or per shift
  • Per site, or a monthly fixed fee
  • Per vehicle, per trip or per kilometre
  • Any other model we agree

Billing and terms

  • Applicable taxes and statutory charges
  • Payment terms, invoice cycle, due date and late-payment provisions
  • Contract term, renewal, notice period and termination

Variable elements

  • Overtime and holiday deployment
  • Extra trips, waiting time, consumables and equipment
  • Replacement coverage

Your responsibilities

  • Access to facilities, utilities, storage and permits
  • Nominated points of contact
  • Insurance, indemnity, confidentiality, data handling, liability and dispute terms, reviewed by both parties

Four ways to price it.

The model follows the shape of the deployment. Mixed models are possible, for example a fixed monthly fee for housekeeping and per-trip billing for cabs.

Agreed scope, frequency and supervisor coverage

Taxes and extras
Applicable taxes and statutory charges are set out in the approved proposal. Overtime, holiday deployment, extra trips, waiting time, consumables and replacement coverage are billed only as agreed in writing.
i
Legal terms
Insurance, indemnity, confidentiality, data handling, liability and dispute-resolution terms are reviewed by both parties before signature. Scope changes may need a commercial revision.

Acceptance criteria.

  • You and Rudra Shield approve the final service scope and deployment plan.
  • Rates, billing rules, taxes, payment terms, exclusions and contract duration are documented.
  • Operational contacts, reporting templates, complaint channels and escalation contacts are confirmed.
  • Personnel, vehicle, insurance and compliance documents are checked before deployment.
  • A mobilisation date and a service-review cadence are agreed.

Assumptions and exclusions

  • This is an indicative framework. The final scope is customised for each client.
  • No specific pricing, headcount, fleet size, response-time guarantee or service-level target is assumed.
  • Specialist cleaning, hazardous-material handling, armed security, escort services and emergency medical support are excluded unless expressly agreed and legally permitted.
  • Cab routes, vehicle categories, operating hours and passenger capacity depend on the approved transport plan.
  • Service starts only after signed commercial terms, site access, required documentation and completion of the agreed mobilisation steps.
