Housekeeping, security and cab facilities can be contracted separately or as one integrated package. Every scope below is indicative and is finalised per contract after a site assessment.
Housekeeping Services
Keep your premises clean, hygienic, orderly and presentable, in line with your site's requirements.
- Cleaning of offices, cabins, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, common areas and washrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, surface cleaning, waste collection and disposal in designated areas
- Restocking agreed consumables such as tissue, handwash and garbage liners, where included in the contract
- Periodic deep cleaning, glass cleaning, pantry cleaning and other special tasks when specifically agreed
Security Services
Provide visible, professional security support to help protect your people, premises, assets and site operations.
- Manned guarding at entrances, exits, reception points, parking areas and other agreed locations
- Visitor entry and exit logging, access-control support and issuing or collecting visitor passes where applicable
- Patrolling of designated areas and reporting of suspicious activity, hazards or incidents
- Maintaining occurrence books, shift handover records and incident reports
Cab Facilities
Arrange reliable, punctual and safety-conscious transportation for employees, visitors or other authorised passengers.
- Scheduled pick-up and drop services for employees and authorised passengers
- Point-to-point trips, airport transfers and ad hoc bookings, if included in the service plan
- Trip scheduling, route planning, driver allocation and passenger coordination
- Appropriately licensed vehicles and drivers, with required documents and insurance kept valid
One contract for cleaning, guarding and cabs.
